Terms and Conditions

My mission is to make distinctive and affordable art in various forms available for purchase by those that visit my website.  All pieces that are shown in any of my galleries are original works of art that I have created.  All works of art and the logo for my website are my intellectual property and may only be downloaded or recreated for your personal, non-commercial use.

1. Available Works

Each work of art is unique and cannot be recreated.  We make every attempt to properly package each work to minimize the risk of any damage during shipping.  If a work of art is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to determine a reasonable resolution. 

The jewelry pieces are made from polymer clay, resin or wood and like everything on this site, are unique works of art that I have created.  The serving boards are made from different types of wood and are decorated and then covered with a resin finish. 

We also participate in craft shows where the works that are being sold are also available for purchase.  We made every attempt to remove items from this website in a timely manner should it be sold at a craft fair.  Given that each item is unique, in the event that an attempt is made to purchase an item that was sold but not yet removed, we will reach out to you and make every effort to find a substitute item or we will refund your purchase price including any shipping costs.

2. Payment and Pricing

The price of each work of art and add-ons that are available are displayed with each item in our shop.  We may from time to time place different works on sale and can remove the sale price at any time.  The price you pay is calculated at the time of purchase and a sale price will only be honored if in effect at the time of purchase.  Shipping costs are also calculated based on the size and weight of the item as well as the destination where the item is being shipped.

We do not accepted return shipments, however, if you are not satisfied with the work of art you have purchased, please contact us and we will work with you to reach a reasonable resolution.  Any refund that is determined will not exceed the price paid for the work of art and the cost of shipping the item to you.

Payment methods that we accept are listed on the Check-out page at the time of purchase.  These are the only methods of payment that we will accept.

3. Limitation of Liability

We have made every attempt to make the photographs on the our website representative of the actual work of art.  This does not, however, guarantee that the work you received is an exact match to the photograph posted on our website.  

4. Acceptable Use Clause

The works of art that are available are the property of Abstraction Artistry.  You may not make copies of any pictures posted on the website or use any other content from this website for any purpose without first getting our permission.

5. Your Access to and Use of Our Website

Your access to and use of Our Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.  You may not:

• Access or use the Services if you are not fully able and legally competent to agree to these Terms or are not authorized to use the Service by you parent or legal guardian
• Use the Service, without our express written consent, for any commercial or unauthorized purpose, including communicating or facilitating any commercial advertisement or solicitation or spamming

6. User-Generated Content

Whenever you access or use a feature that allows you to post content to our website (including via certain third party social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook), or make contact with other users of our website, you must comply with the standards set out in the 'Acceptable Use Clause' and 'Your Access to and Use of Our Website' above. 

We will not allow any defamatory, threatening, bullying or abusive content on our website and we reserve the right to determine what we consider to be unacceptable language.  We will remove any content added by a user that we consider abusive.  In addition, we will also notify third party social media platforms if that abusive language was generated from their platform - it then becomes their discretion to determine any action to be taken.
